Physicals will take place on Thursday, May 10th between 5:30 – 8:00. This year they will be held off campus at Pomona Valley Hospital. All proceeds go to the football program. Cost is $25 cash only. Cash or check only / Checks made payable to: PVHMC Sports Medicine Center Appointments will be required (sign up with Kim Lowary 909-971-8230). Only 125 spots are available.

Team physicals will be performed at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) by SDHS team physician, Dr.
Victor Alvarez, along with the staff of MDs, DOs, PTs, and ATCs from the Sports Medicine Center (SMC). CIF rules mandate all student athletes must complete and pass a Pre-Participation Examination (PPE) by a qualified physician each year before they will be allowed to play. This physical will satisfy the CIF requirement for one year from the PPE date.
